We meet with clients for consultations and tastings by appointment only. You may request a free consultation through a contact form on our website, or via direct message on Facebook. Cake tastings are for weddings only, and can only be scheduled after an initial consultation. Tastings cost $30 and include 2 flavors and fillings. If you order with Little Crocus Cakery, the $30 will be applied to your final balance. For consultations and tastings, we ask that you limit your party to four people, including yourself.



Classic cake flavors start at $3.50/serving for single-tiered cakes, and $4.00/serving for multi-tiered cakes. Gourmet flavors start at $4.00/$4.25 respectively. Cupcakes start at $22/dozen. These prices increases based on desired fillings, decoration demands, and delivery needs. Little Crocus Cakery is always happy to provide you with an itemized description of your total cost.


Deposit/Payment Policy:

For weddings, a $100 deposit is due upon ordering to reserve the date, which will be applied to the final balance. This amount is non-refundable. Four weeks before the wedding date, 50% percent of the final balance is due. The remaining 50% of the balance is due two weeks before the wedding date. If the deposit and balance payments are not made by these dates, the order will be cancelled and that date will be opened up to other customers. If the order is placed within 4 weeks of the wedding date, the full amount will be due upon ordering.


Delivery Policy:

Delivery fee within the Cincinnati area is $50. Delivery outside of the Cincinnati area is available upon request for an additional fee. Pick-up is not available for wedding orders.


Cancellation and refund policy:

Deposits are always non-refundable. Wedding orders can be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the wedding date for a refund on payments toward the balance (not the deposit). Following that date, all payments that have been made are non-refundable. Any changes (date, color, size, decoration, etc.) to the order must be made two weeks prior to the wedding date. Changes made after that date may incur an additional charge.


While we happily serve allergen-free cakes, we do not have dedicated equipment to produce them. All our sweets are produced in a facility that also processes milk, nuts, wheat, and soy.


Rentals: We do provide rentals of cake stands and dessert stands. Please see the display rentals document for further information. Any rented materials must be returned within 3 days of the event.
